About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior CNC Machinist for a full-time, permanent position. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a small, tight-knit team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and part drawings accurately.
- Set up, align, and operate CNC machining centers.
- Program, edit, and run CNC operations using Mastercam and/or G-code.
- Inspect parts to tight tolerances using precision measuring tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve cutting or dimensional issues.
- Collaborate with engineers and team members to ensure quality standards.
- Maintain efficient workflow and adhere to safety and company procedures.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10 years of experience in a job shop CNC machining environment.
- Proficiency in Mastercam programming highly desirable.
- Strong experience with setups, tool offsets, and machine parameters.
- Skilled in reading blueprints, following tolerances, and producing quality parts.
- Familiarity with various materials including aluminum, stainless steel, brass, and plastics.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check.
