Our client is looking for a driven, detail-oriented Associate Brand Manager to join the Marketing team. In this role, you’ll support brand strategy and execution across national promotions, product innovation, and key partnerships. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand growth, guest engagement, and business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business results to assess effectiveness of marketing strategies and programs.
- Assist in developing strategic briefs that incorporate consumer insights, financial performance, economic trends, and 360° go-to-market plans.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to uncover insights and inform brand strategies.
- Manage cross-functional project timelines to ensure limited-time offers (LTOs) launch on time and with full internal alignment.
- Serve as the primary liaison for national beverage partnerships and manage vendor relationships, including printing services.
- Support the development and execution of the national promotional calendar, ensuring initiatives align with business goals.
- Leverage customer experience data and market research to generate actionable insights that drive brand and marketing objectives.
- Lead market tests for new product and value initiatives, including test design, store selection, KPI measurement, and learning documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or related field—preferably in QSR, casual dining, or CPG.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Proven project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
- Passion for the restaurant, hospitality, or food & beverage industry.
