Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Senior Litigation Paralegal based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Senior Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys in all aspects of litigation, including legal document preparation and review, conducting thorough legal research, and assisting with pleadings and motions. The role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple case files with efficiency and take ownership of deadlines and procedural requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
- Strong skills in Legal Research and analysis
- Proficiency in drafting and managing Pleadings and Motions
- Proven ability to coordinate litigation workflows and manage multiple priorities
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of legal software and electronic filing systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certification from an ABA-accredited program required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in civil litigation
