Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Litigation Defense Paralegal for a full-time, on-site role in Miami. The Senior Litigation Paralegal will provide critical support to attorneys by preparing legal documents, reviewing case materials, conducting legal research, and assisting with pleadings and motions. This professional will play a key role in case management, including maintaining organized case files and ensuring deadlines are met. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. following areas: commercial, construction, professional liability, premises liability, professional liability, catastrophic injury defense.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
• Proficiency in conducting thorough Legal Research
• Experience in drafting and managing Pleadings and Motions
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with e-filing processes and case management systems
• A paralegal certification or equivalent education; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 10 years of experience in litigation support at a law firm or corporate legal department
