We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team in a full-time hybrid role, based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, with opportunities to work from home. The Legal Assistant will support attorneys with administrative tasks, prepare legal documents, assist in legal research, and maintain accurate case files. The role involves managing communications with clients, scheduling appointments, and ensuring efficient workflow within the office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining the high quality and efficiency our firm is known for.
- Proficiency in Law and Legal Document Preparation, including drafting and organizing legal documents
- Strong Communication skills, including professional interaction with clients and the legal team
- Experience in Administrative Assistance, including managing schedules, filing systems, and office correspondence
- Demonstrated ability to assist attorneys as a Legal Assistant in handling casework and administrative duties
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- High proficiency in office software and legal research tools
- Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification is a plus
- Previous experience in a law firm setting is highly desirable
