Job Title: Lead Subcontracts Specialist

What’s the Job?
- Execute FAR 15 subcontracts in accordance with FAR, DFARS, and applicable regulations
- Develop negotiation strategies and negotiate subcontracts or long-term purchase agreements
- Manage key program suppliers and build supplier strategies to deliver best value
- Train and mentor team members while leading assigned commodities
- Deliver compliant FAR 15 proposal packages and partner with Pricing for submissions
- 3–5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, law & contracts, or business/finance
- Experience with FAR 15 subcontracting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of FAR 15 proposals and subcontracts
- Opportunity to mentor team members and lead assigned commodities
- Exposure to key aerospace programs and government sourcing processes
- Involvement in supplier strategy development and performance management
- Cross-functional collaboration with teams including Pricing
