- Complete assigned work orders from planning within the standards created for each work order.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.

- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and batch records to meet quality and safety standards.
- Operate lab and production equipment safely and competently, adhering to established procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in biological or physical sciences, such as Microbiology or Molecular Biology.
- 0-3 years of professional experience in a laboratory or production environment; experience with bacteria culture is a plus.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and SOPs accurately.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
