Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Training:
First 2 weeks on 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

About The Role
We're looking for a
Test Technician
to join our team in Caledonia, WI In this role, you'll work in a high-voltage testing environment, preparing and performing electrical tests on components following IEEE/IEC standards. If you're detail-oriented, safety-focused, and have a solid understanding of electrical principles, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.

*What You'll Do*

• Set up and configure high-voltage test equipment according to test plans.
• Perform AC/DC dielectric, impulse, and related tests on electrical components.
• Monitor equipment, verify readings, and accurately record results.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area following 5S standards.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Complete test documentation for traceability and audits.
• Report anomalies or questionable results to the supervisor.

*What We're Looking For
Must-Have Skills:*

• Basic knowledge of electrical principles and safety practices.
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Associate degree (preferred, but flexible based on experience).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely in a high-voltage environment.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in high-voltage testing or electrical lab work.
• Familiarity with IEEE/IEC test standards and high-voltage equipment.
