What's the Job?
- Lead commodity negotiations and manage supplier relationships to optimize procurement outcomes.
- Draft, review, and manage contractual documents such as NDAs, Letters, Novations, and Amendments in collaboration with Legal and Contracts teams.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive compliance packages, including supplier scorecards, FAIR data, and SAP updates.
- Manage RFQ packages, process vendor and material master changes, and validate demand data.
- Support system and process improvements by maintaining contract management tools and resolving procurement portal issues.
- Proven experience in Sourcing, Procurement, or Contract Management.
- Strong business acumen and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
- Familiarity with SAP, ERP systems, and eSourcing platforms, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean methodologies, and project management principles.
- Professional certifications in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Contract Management are preferred.
