What You’ll Own:
As the Strategic Sourcing Program Lead – NPI, you’ll be the sourcing expert embedded in cross-functional launch teams. This isn’t commodity management, it’s program-based ownership from concept through production ramp.
You will:
- Lead supplier strategy on new customer builds often with 200 part BOMs
- Own supplier identification, onboarding, and contract negotiation
- Develop sourcing roadmaps and risk assessments early in the launch process
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and project management to align sourcing with design and delivery
- Act as the face of sourcing to external customers and internal executives
- Help build the sourcing playbook—processes, KPIs, and supplier engagement strategy

A results-driven professional who sees both the big picture and the fine print. Someone who can source strategically, act urgently, and influence cross-functionally with:
- 3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain roles
- Proven experience managing complex BOMs (200 parts) for electromechanical or fabricated assemblies
- Strong background in supplier evaluation, negotiation, and onboarding
- Project-based sourcing for NPI, product launches, or prototyping cycles
- Experience in regulated manufacturing (medical device, aerospace, defense, industrial automation, etc.)
- Familiarity with precision machined parts, sheet metal, or injection molding
- Exposure to contract manufacturing or build-to-print environments
- ERP fluency (NetSuite is a plus)
- A reputation for being the person who “just figures it out”
- Base Salary: $90,000 – $110,000
- Performance-based increases are possible after 6–12 months

- Flexible 40-45 hours per week; in-office 4 days with an optional remote day.
- Travel: 15–25% (suppliers & customer visits)
