What's the Job?
- Lead and support SAP deployments, site transitions, and system enhancements in collaboration with ERP and business teams.
- Analyze business processes and system requirements to support transition and deployment activities.
- Manage data mapping, conversion, user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live readiness, and post-deployment support.
- Troubleshoot SAP production issues and develop or enhance financial and business solutions.
- Ensure comprehensive testing and validation of solutions to maintain data integrity and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on SAP experience.
- Strong understanding of SAP business processes and their impact on financial modules.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
