What’s the Job?
- Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes for HVAC components and systems.
- Optimize production workflows, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Lead or support capital projects, equipment installation, acquisition, and production line modifications.
- Develop new or improving existing manufacturing processes in areas such as: Assembly, Sheet-metal etc.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing strategies for equipment, workplace layouts, labor and material flow to meet strategic goals.
- Develop and update work instructions, work sequence cards, and process documentation.
- Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role
- Proven track record of implementing process improvement initiatives and driving operational excellence.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing principles, practices, and standards.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control principles.
