Job Title: Production Supervisor - 2nd shift

What's the Job?
- Oversee and maintain safety, quality, production, staffing, and efficiency standards within the assigned department.
- Ensure proper staffing requirements are met and enforce all safety practices to promote a safe working environment.
- Prepare daily efficiency reports and monitor departmental performance to meet or exceed production goals.
- Verify compliance with HACCP documents and monitor GMPs to uphold quality standards.
- Understand and apply BRC principles, providing training to team members to ensure standards are maintained.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in food processing, with familiarity in USDA and HACCP standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-high school coursework or a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to make quick, sound decisions and lead a team effectively.
- Training in Lock out/Tag out, HACCP, GMP, Safety, and BRC or other global standards.
