Mobile HVAC Technician

Our client, a leading organization in facility management and maintenance, is seeking a dedicated Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be an essential part of the Facilities Support team, ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of critical building systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician

Location: Knoxville, TN

What's the Job?

• Perform maintenance, monitoring, and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire, life safety, and control systems to ensure facilities meet applicable standards.
• Travel between multiple facilities to ensure proper operation and functionality.
• Maintain responsibility for facility services, including preventative maintenance, purchasing, inventory control, and oversight of contracted maintenance.
• Maintain HVAC systems and associated equipment through cleaning, inspection, calibration, and replacement of parts to ensure optimal performance.
• Record equipment readings, make necessary adjustments, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies.
  
  

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• Proven ability to analyze and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• EPA 608 Type II Certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
