Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician

What's the Job?
- Perform maintenance, monitoring, and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire, life safety, and control systems to ensure facilities meet applicable standards.
- Travel between multiple facilities to ensure proper operation and functionality.
- Maintain responsibility for facility services, including preventative maintenance, purchasing, inventory control, and oversight of contracted maintenance.
- Maintain HVAC systems and associated equipment through cleaning, inspection, calibration, and replacement of parts to ensure optimal performance.
- Record equipment readings, make necessary adjustments, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 5–7 years of relevant work experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
- Proven ability to analyze and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- EPA 608 Type II Certification.
- Valid driver’s license.
