Job Title: Mobile HVAC/R Technician

What's the Job?
- Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment in assigned facilities to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders on facility systems, minimizing downtime and ensuring energy efficiency.
- Conduct inspections of interior and exterior property areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting, to identify and address issues proactively.
- Utilize technical expertise in HVAC and refrigeration systems, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various equipment and systems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, update work order statuses, and utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo for all work performed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; 3rd Party Certification preferred.
- Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, with a strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment maintenance.
- HVAC Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment).
- Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, work from heights, and operate ladders up to 30 feet, often in adverse conditions.
