What's the Job?
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across various systems and multiple facilities.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems to ensure optimal operation.
- Travel between different facilities to ensure all systems are functioning properly and efficiently.
- Monitor and record equipment readings, calibrate systems, and make necessary adjustments for peak performance.
- Maintain safety standards by adhering to departmental policies for hazardous materials and workplace safety.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 2-4 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
- EPA 608 Type II Certification required; Universal Certification preferred.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Valid driver’s license and proficiency with computer applications such as Word and Excel.
