Mobile HVAC Technician

Our client, a leading organization in facility management and maintenance services, is seeking a dedicated Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be an integral part of the Facilities Support Department, providing essential maintenance and technical expertise across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintenance, aligning successfully with the organization’s commitment to excellence and safety.

Location: Nashville, TN

What's the Job?

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across various systems and multiple facilities.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems to ensure optimal operation.
• Travel between different facilities to ensure all systems are functioning properly and efficiently.
• Monitor and record equipment readings, calibrate systems, and make necessary adjustments for peak performance.
• Maintain safety standards by adhering to departmental policies for hazardous materials and workplace safety.
  
  

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• EPA 608 Type II Certification required; Universal Certification preferred.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Valid driver’s license and proficiency with computer applications such as Word and Excel.
