- Perform maintenance and repairs to preserve the physical assets of the building, systems, and equipment.
- Manage work orders related to plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
- Assist with preventative maintenance tasks to prevent system breakdowns.
- Support building automation and monitoring systems to ensure optimal operation.
- Participate in safety training and adhere to safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of one year of experience in general building repair and maintenance, including plumbing and electrical work.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 80 lbs, climbing ladders, and working at heights.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
