What’s the Job?
- Act as the onsite digitalization lead, coordinating ongoing and future digital initiatives.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the global digitalization team.
- Oversee and support shopfloor digital projects, including connectivity, machine integration, and data monitoring.
- Facilitate the introduction and adoption of digital tools across production and operations.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, and IT stakeholders to identify and remove implementation barriers.
- Proven experience supporting digitalization or Industry 4.0 efforts in manufacturing or industrial environments in the US.
- Strong understanding of shopfloor technologies, including machine connectivity, sensors, and real-time data monitoring.
- Knowledge of manufacturing IT landscapes (PLM, MES, ERP, production IT systems).
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional and remote/global teams.
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
