We are seeking a skilled and driven Maintenance Supervisor to lead and enhance maintenance operations within a dynamic manufacturing environment. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring equipment reliability, supporting production goals, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. What’s the Job?

• Supervise maintenance and construction projects while ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
• Support plant goals related to Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, and Cost (SPQRC)
• Implement and enforce corporate safety policies and housekeeping standards
• Plan and execute preventative and planned maintenance activities
• Manage personnel, materials, and equipment efficiently
• Train, develop, and evaluate team members
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve technical issues
• Ensure compliance with labor agreements and corporate policies
• Utilize tools such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email systems for reporting and communication
  
  

What’s Needed?

• 10 years of relevant experience in maintenance or manufacturing environments
• Associate degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred, or equivalent technical training
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
• Experience supervising a multi-trade workforce
• Ability to interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Familiarity with tooling, manufacturing, and assembly processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to work any shift, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Strong teamwork, leadership, and interpersonal skills
