Entry‑Level Mechanical Reliability Engineer

What’s the Job?
- Perform hands‑on mechanical troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of industrial production and material handling equipment including conveyors, gearboxes, motors, bearings, belts, and chains.
- Diagnose mechanical root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent repeat issues.
- Execute and improve preventive maintenance activities such as lubrication, alignment, inspections, and mechanical adjustments.
- Support mechanical installation, alignment, and commissioning of new or modified automation equipment.
- Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
- 0–3 years of hands‑on mechanical, industrial maintenance, or reliability experience (internships, co‑ops, or military experience accepted).
- Strong mechanical aptitude with components such as bearings, gearboxes, belts, chains, couplings, and basic hydraulics or pneumatics.
- Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, or automated production environment.
- Comfort using hand tools and mechanical diagnostic tools (torque tools, alignment tools, basic electrical checks).
- Ability to meet physical demands including lifting up to 60 lbs, climbing ladders, and working around operating machinery.
- Competitive pay at $39.43/hour with consistent day‑shift schedule (Monday–Friday).
