What's the Job?
- Ensure metallurgical and NDT conformance to customer and internal specifications for all products.
- Maintain and improve existing products while developing new product processes.
- Create efficient manufacturing processes to ensure product compliance and quality.
- Support manufacturing needs through timely and accurate technical assistance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive yield improvements and process optimizations.
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering field with a minimum of 10 years of experience in investment casting industry.
- Proven experience managing process engineering from tool build through production of multiple part numbers.
- Strong problem-solving skills related to defect identification, Pareto analysis, and MRB review.
- Experience with aerospace and industrial gas turbine components, including vacuum cast vanes and blades.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
