What's the Job?
- Manage and oversee quality processes across aerospace programs from contract receipt to project completion.
- Participate in audits, develop quality plans, and monitor their execution to ensure compliance.
- Lead and manage quality initiatives within aero-structure projects, ensuring adherence to standards.
- Conduct internal quality audits to verify compliance with customer and company requirements, and prepare for external audits.
- Ensure the organization consistently meets customer expectations and regulatory standards.
- Degree in Mechanical or Materials Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in Quality Control or Manufacturing Engineering, preferably within aerospace or regulated industries.
- Knowledge of composite materials is an advantage.
- Familiarity with aviation standards such as AS9100 is beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and the ability to lead cross-organizational processes.
