Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

What's the Job?
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks in commercial facilities
- Complete basic carpentry work and minor installations
- Repair drywall, including patching and finishing
- Install and repair floor tiles and related surfaces
- Conduct minor plumbing and electrical repairs
- Commercial properties (e.g., office buildings, retail spaces)
- Valid state driver’s license.
- Basic skills in carpentry, drywall, tile work, plumbing, and electrical
- 0–2 years of maintenance or related experience (commercial experience only)
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Willingness to perform physical tasks including climbing, bending, kneeling, lifting, and driving.
