What’s the Job?
- Perform entry-level manufacturing and production laboratory functions
- Synthesize, purify, and process oligonucleotides using various lab platforms
- Prepare reagents, raw materials, and production batches per specifications
- Perform liquid handling, labeling, kitting, and product preparation
- Follow SOPs, maintain documentation, and ensure safety and quality compliance
- High School Diploma or GED with 3–5 years of laboratory experience (or 2-year degree with 6 months experience)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize
- Basic laboratory skills with willingness to learn multiple processes
- Ability to follow SOPs and maintain accurate documentation
- Proficiency with computers and MS Office applications
- $20/hour pay plus 7% shift differential for 2nd shift
