Job Title: Laboratory Technician

What’s the Job?
- Perform laboratory tests and analyze data to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.
- Prepare chemical solutions and conduct analyses for flour, feed, and wheat samples.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
- Complete documentation, including Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and lab reports in TLC.
- Support sanitation, safety, and food quality programs in accordance with GMP, FDA, and OSHA standards.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain lab equipment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and laboratory software.
- Understanding of GMP and safety compliance requirements.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
