What's the Job?
- Shadow and document live operational workflows, dependencies, and system interactions to ensure clarity and efficiency.
- Map technical processes to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Operations, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Engineering to streamline workflows and enhance operational performance.
- Draft clear and comprehensive process documentation along with actionable improvement recommendations.
- Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate understanding and decision-making.
- Strong technical documentation and analytical capabilities to support complex operational environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Hands-on experience in at least two of the following areas:
- Windows workstation support
- Real-time operations or command-center environments
- TCP/IP networking or systems administration
- Web application or infrastructure troubleshooting
- Experience working in a fast-paced, mission-critical operations center supporting real-time systems.
- Ability to work onsite in Scottsdale, AZ, in a secure facility with a background check clearance.
