Job Title: Sr. Engineering Technician

What's the Job?
- Support the development, assembly, and testing of electro-mechanical systems based on engineering drawings and schematics.
- Install and wire electronics into rack-mounted systems, ensuring proper cable routing and labeling.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair printed circuit boards (PCBs) at the component level.
- Build custom cables, wire harnesses, and interconnect assemblies, performing crimping, soldering, and continuity testing.
- Set up and execute automated test procedures, record results, and assist in debugging system-level issues.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology is a plus.
- 4 years of hands-on experience in electronics assembly, repair, or testing within R&D, prototype hardware, or similar environments.
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
- Experience with PCB soldering, rework (SMD and through-hole), and cable/harness fabrication.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with IPC standards.
