Responsibilities
- Observe live operational workflows and document system dependencies, interactions, and process steps.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve technical operations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as Operations, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Engineering to support smoother workflows.
- Create clear, accurate process documentation and share practical improvement recommendations.
- Communicate technical findings in a way that is useful for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support real-time operations in a secure, onsite environment with a focus on reliability and continuity.
- Strong technical documentation and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Hands-on experience in at least two of the following areas: Windows workstation support, real-time operations or command-center environments, TCP/IP networking or systems administration, and web application or infrastructure troubleshooting.
- Ability to work onsite five days per week in Scottsdale, Arizona.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
- Background check and drug screen required upon offer.
- Experience in a NOC, SOC, or similar 24x7 operations center.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools, cloud diagnostics, or automation platforms.
- Experience collaborating with DevOps or Infrastructure teams.
- Seven or more years of relevant technical experience.
