What’s the Job?
- Lead on-site HVAC controls and Building Automation System (BAS) projects from start to finish
- Oversee system design, programming, installation coordination, and commissioning
- Manage project budgets, costs, billing, and financial performance
- Coordinate subcontractors, technicians, and client communications
- Ensure system commissioning, documentation, and successful project closeout
- Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent field experience
- 2 years of hands-on experience in Building Automation Systems (BAS)
- Strong experience with HVAC controls systems, design, programming, and commissioning
- Ability to work independently in field environments
- Strong technical troubleshooting and computer skills
