Job Title: Field Service Technician CT | 2nd Shift
Location: Remote (Required to travel within 1 hour radius of New Haven, CT)
Pay Range: $35-$36/HR 10% shift differential
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Job Title: Field Service Technician CT | 2nd Shift

What's the Job?
- Provide on-site support, service, and maintenance for fuel cell systems during field visits
- Operate service vehicles safely and efficiently
- Create daily workflows based on scheduled tasks and work autonomously
- Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, testing, and diagnostics on equipment
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers while producing detailed service reports
- High school diploma with 6 years of experience in electrical, process controls, or electro-mechanical fields, or technical diploma with relevant industry experience
- Strong electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of safety standards related to electrical work (OSHA, NFPA 70E)
- Experience working with three-phase systems, UPS, electrical generation, and distribution systems
- Ability to read electrical diagrams and blueprints, and perform equipment maintenance according to industry standards
- Competitive hourly rate of $35–$36 per hour, plus a shift 10% differential
