What's the Job?
- Perform ongoing preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other systems.
- Conduct inspections and report on conditions affecting client occupancy and operations.
- Assist with interior maintenance tasks such as hanging pictures, repairing furniture, and installing fixtures.
- Support safety procedures by completing hazard assessments and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Drive to various locations as needed, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of materials and equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in building repair and maintenance, including basic plumbing and electrical work.
- Valid state driver’s license (if mobile).
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work from heights, including climbing ladders up to 30 feet.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with a focus on safety and teamwork.
