Job Title: Facilities Technician

- Maintain and repair air handling units, exhaust fans, fume hoods, fan coil units, reheat coils, and other mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot customer service calls related to temperature comfort within buildings.
- Ensure accuracy of system documentation and support new installation projects as needed.
- Complete hazard assessments to maintain a safe working environment.
- Support equipment management and perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks.
- Minimum 3 years of field experience with trade school training or 6 years of total field experience.
- HVAC license and EPA certification.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Heavy electrical knowledge, PLC experience, VFD experience, and Universal EPA certification.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and proficiency with computer applications including email, internet, and Microsoft Word.
