Entry Level Financial Planning Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the financial sector, is seeking a Entry Level Financial Planning Analyst to join their team. As a Entry Level Financial Planning Analyst, you will be part of the Finance department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Entry Level Financial Planning Analyst

Location: Lansdale, PA

Pay Range: $23 - $25/hr plus OT/benefits

What's the Job?

• Support day-to-day activities for cost center remediation and optimization initiatives.
• Assist with tracking tasks, timelines, and project deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Review and update cost center attributes within ERP and HCM systems for accuracy and consistency.
• Support reconciliation of legacy cost centers into the current system structure and document data corrections.
• Analyze cost center usage to understand primary business functions and support recommendations for reclassification or consolidation.

• Recent graduates or individuals with prior internship experience in finance, operations, or data management.
• Experience working with structured systems or large datasets, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to adapt to project-based work and meet defined objectives and deadlines.
