What's the Job?
- Support day-to-day activities for cost center remediation and optimization initiatives.
- Assist with tracking tasks, timelines, and project deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Review and update cost center attributes within ERP and HCM systems for accuracy and consistency.
- Support reconciliation of legacy cost centers into the current system structure and document data corrections.
- Analyze cost center usage to understand primary business functions and support recommendations for reclassification or consolidation.
- Recent graduates or individuals with prior internship experience in finance, operations, or data management.
- Experience working with structured systems or large datasets, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to project-based work and meet defined objectives and deadlines.
- Hands-on exposure to financial projects and enterprise systems.
