- Organize and maintain an archiving system by labeling, sorting, and categorizing documents.
- Retrieve documents upon request while ensuring documentation integrity and controlled access.
- Utilize electronic document management systems and storage software for electronic filing.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Remove obsolete documents and assist with transcription, conversion, and proofreading as needed.
- Experience in document control or records management within a regulated environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and audit support.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation consistency.
