- Assist in preparing Contract Strategy Documents with project management support
- Review and help develop Single Source Justifications and Scope of Work documents
- Coordinate project-specific insurance requirements and establish negotiation plans
- Manage the RFP process, including commercial evaluations and pre-bid meetings
- Process change orders, RFIs, and submittals while maintaining accurate reports for project teams and stakeholders
- Experience in construction procurement and contract administration preferred
- 10 years of relevant experience working on diverse projects, including technology-based clients
- Strong understanding of contract requirements and RFP/RFI preparation
- Ability to build and maintain effective cross-functional relationships
- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
