Job Title: Construction & Safety Manager

What’s the Job?
- Oversee construction sites, contractors, and workers ensuring safety and quality compliance
- Coordinate with EHS and project teams to drive a zero-incident safety culture
- Manage daily construction activities, schedules, and contractor performance
- Lead safety investigations, corrective actions, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, permits, and quality standards
- 8–10 years of construction management experience (California experience required)
- Experience with commercial construction, cleanrooms, and/or semiconductor environments
- OSHA 30 certification (required) First Aid/CPR
- Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and construction standards (ASME, ACI)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
