Buyer Planner

Our client, a leading organization in the aerospace industry, is seeking a US - Buyer/Planner - G00513 to join their team. As a US - Buyer/Planner - G00513, you will be part of the Procurement Fulfillment department supporting supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Buyer Planner

Location:Minneapolis, MN

Pay Range: $28.29 per hour

What's the Job?

• Execute procurement actions that align with organizational goals, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Manage purchase order contracts to ensure materials and parts are delivered on time at the right cost.
• Work with suppliers on their commitments to forecasted demands, driving recovery when necessary and maintaining lines of balance to track progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize procurement practices and strengthen supplier relationships, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Support procurement projects from initiation to completion, including supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management.
  
  

What's Needed?

• Experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• In-depth knowledge of procurement strategies and supplier relationship management.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Ability to recognize supplier-related issues early and resolve them effectively.
