Job Title: Building Engineer

What's the Job?
- Monitor, maintain, and repair building systems, including mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on HVAC and refrigeration units.
- Analyze complex technical issues and develop innovative solutions to ensure optimal building performance.
- Respond promptly to after-hours alarms and on-call requests, ensuring safety and operational continuity.
- Assist with general building upkeep, including painting, roofing, and other maintenance tasks as needed.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in building engineering or facilities maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC/R, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- EPA certification is preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry loads of 50 lbs. or more and climb stairs or ladders safely.
- Availability to work a rotating on-call schedule and respond within 45 minutes when required.
