Job Title: 3D Model Finisher

What’s the Job?
- Clean and hand-finish 3D printed models while maintaining geometry and tolerances.
- Operate 3D printing equipment and perform routine maintenance.
- Use precision measurement tools (digital calipers, GOM) to ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Maintain finishing supplies and evaluate new techniques for quality improvement.
- Follow Good Laboratory Practices and safety standards in all tasks.
- High school diploma required; experience in model finishing or machining preferred.
- Familiarity with 3D printing technologies (SLA, DLP, PolyJet, FFF) is a strong plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment with clear communication skills.
- Comfortable handling chemicals (IPA) and performing hands-on, detailed work.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
