Join our dynamic team as a Hybrid Recruiter and play a vital role during a high-volume hiring season, supporting our client —a Fortune 500 company and leader in financial services. This is a hybrid role based in Charlotte, NC, requiring in-office presence three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). You’ll work closely with experienced professionals, contribute to organizational growth, and gain valuable talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines
- Review, screen, and contact candidates within the ATS
- Provide a positive candidate experience in a high-volume recruiting environment
- Conduct phone screens and extend offers
- Prepare candidates for interviews and guide them through the process
- Accurately document and track all recruiting activities in the ATS
- Attend required training sessions and implement guidance from mentors and team leads
- Collaborate effectively with recruiters and cross-functional teams
- Demonstrate strong technical capabilities and the ability to work across multiple systems simultaneously
Required skills
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition is required
- Exceptional communication skills, particularly in conducting outbound calls, are essential
- Demonstrated technical proficiency, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and effectively utilize multiple platforms concurrently
- Experience working in a metrics-driven environment, with the ability to meet or exceed performance goals
- Must be able to work a hybrid schedule, with in-office presence on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
