Recruiter (High Volume Manufacturing) - Rockwall, TX - RPO Consultant

Are you an experienced Recruiter looking for a career with purpose? Your search ends today! Talent Solutions RPO is seeking 2 High-Volume Recruiters in the Rockwall, TX area. This is a Remote W2 contract however, there will be occasional travel onsite in Rockwall, TX for career events. You will use your strong communication, organizational and technology skills to drive all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to our candidates within the manufacturing industry.

Required

• Industry: 2 years of high-volume, end to end recruiting experience
• Ability to thrive in fast pace environments, conducting approx 10 screens a day while managing other aspects of the recruiting process.
• Previous client facing experience
• Must reside around the Rockwall, TX
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Nice to Have

• Education: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
• Workday experience is preferred.
