We are seeking three temporary bilingual associates to assist employees with completing Pulse Surveys using iPads. This role involves providing basic technical support and answering survey-related questions to ensure a smooth employee experience.
Responsibilities- Assist production employees with completing Pulse Surveys on iPads
- Provide basic technical support and guidance
- Answer employee questions regarding the survey process
- Ensure employees are able to successfully complete the survey
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required
- Comfortable using iPads and basic computer programs
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Patient and professional demeanor
- Customer service, administrative support, or tech support experience preferred
- Experience assisting diverse employee populations is a plus
