Job Title: Production Worker

Shift Details
The primary shift begins early in the morning, typically around 4:00–5:00 AM, though start times may vary depending on operational requirements.
• Some departments begin between 4:00am or 5:00am
• Other departments may start at 4:15am or 9:00am
• Candidates are crossed trained and switch departments every two weeks.
• Shifts are generally 10 hours, with occasional extended hours based on production needs which may be 2 additional hours
• Reliable transportation required (location is not bus accessible)
Responsibilities
• Support production lines by loading materials and maintaining workflow
• Prepare and organize materials and equipment at the start, during, and end of each shift
• Verify labels and documentation for accuracy and legibility according to product requirements
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED
• Comfortable using a tablet for basic digital tasks and timekeeping
• Ability to work effectively with a team
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 20–22 lbs throughout the shift
