Position: 1st Shift Ablative Technician
Type: Temp to Hire
Pay: $18/hour
Hours: 5:00am - 1:30pm, Monday - Friday
Position Summary:

As a 1st Shift Ablative Technician, you'll play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring efficiency and safety while crafting high-quality products. What You'll Do:

Prep and maintain tools following specified guidelines and procedures

Accurately follow work instructions to ensure top-notch quality

Inspect completed products visually for conformance to specifications and defects

Record information on production records, logs, and other report forms

Perform re-work as needed to meet our high standards

Clean and reseal tools using appropriate release systems

Stay vigilant about FOD & Tool control at all times

Continuously demonstrate 5S Application for a tidy workspace

Adhere to the highest safety and housekeeping standards

Repair defective products identified by inspection or test personnel

Participate in internal training to enhance your skills

Take on other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For:

U.S. Person status required due to export control regulations
-
High School Diploma or GED preferred
-
1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred

Composite experience highly preferred

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing

Basic math skills for simple calculations

Familiarity with hand tools and measuring instruments

Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints
