Machine Operator I – Aerospace Manufacturing
Spokane, WA | Full-Time | Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM-3:30 PM | $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Manpower is currently seeking a Machine Operator I for a leading aerospace manufacturer in Spokane, WA. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company that produces high-quality aerospace components using advanced manufacturing equipment.

What You'll Do
Set up, program, and operate industrial-grade machinery to form, cut, bend, size, and machine aerospace components made from nickel, stainless steel, and titanium alloys.
Ensure machines are properly set up to produce quality parts within customer specifications and tolerances.
Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, sketches, and manufacturing documents.
Use precision measuring instruments to inspect parts and verify quality standards.
Complete required production documentation and electronic timekeeping accurately.
Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
Work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient production.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and technical drawings.
Familiarity with machine tools and precision measuring equipment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
Ability to perform basic shop mathematics.
Ability to identify when clarification or assistance is needed.
Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience is preferred.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, and material handling.
Ability to perform repetitive motions and work in an active manufacturing environment.
Work Environment
Industrial manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery, heat, and noise.
Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, face shields, hearing protection, gloves, and other safety gear as required.
