What are the responsibilities and job description for the Painter-Construction position at Manpower San Diego?
Manpower is seeking an experienced Painter to complete interior painting projects in vacant apartment units during unit turns across 10–20 properties. Responsibilities include painting walls, ceilings, trim, cabinets, and other interior surfaces to prepare units for new residents. Candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently while managing work at multiple locations.
This position will work in private, non-occupied residences only and requires the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position does not include:
· Moving, salvaging, or demolition of any structure
· Work in private, occupied residences
· Work involving lifting, pushing, or pulling greater than 50 pounds unassisted
