We’re seeking a Licensed Mental Health Program Manager to provide clinical leadership and oversight for programs serving justice‑involved adults with co‑occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
This role supports clinical staff through supervision and training, delivers direct client services, and partners closely with program leadership to ensure high‑quality, compliant, and effective care as individuals transition from county detention facilities back into the community. There are two opportunities, either Monday-Friday 8-5pm or Tuesday -Saturday 8-5pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor registered and licensed clinical staff
- Oversee mental health, substance use, group, and supportive services
- Provide individual and group counseling, assessments, crisis intervention, and case management
- Support program operations including documentation, compliance, audits, reports, and budgeting
- Collaborate with correctional partners, community agencies, and multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor licensure, certifications, and professional development
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
- Active California license: LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC
- Experience with justice‑involved populations and co‑occurring disorders
- Supervisory or clinical leadership experience
- Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish), Medi‑Cal and correctional systems experience, substance use disorder certifications, valid CA driver’s license, CPR/First Aid
- Two years of experience after obtaining license; experience with individuals with mental illness and/or justice involved
Salary : $50 - $57
