Job Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing equipment following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Perform machine start-up, operation, and changeovers.
- Monitor equipment performance and complete routine process checks.
- Record production data and maintain accurate operational logs.
- Complete work orders and manufacturing documentation accurately.
- Assist with preventive maintenance activities as directed.
- Move materials using a pallet jack and maintain material traceability.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Follow GMP, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Report equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors promptly.
- Support inventory accuracy and maintain complete production records.
Qualifications
- Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to ask questions when clarification is needed.
- Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to follow written procedures and work independently.
- Experience with production documentation is a plus.
- Troubleshooting or leadership experience is beneficial but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 2-hour increments).
- Perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
