Summary of Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment in accordance with established procedures, ensuring accurate documentation in operational logbooks
- Identify and communicate equipment issues, providing detailed failure symptoms to technicians for troubleshooting and repair
- Assist with preventative maintenance (PM) activities to support equipment reliability and uptime
- Support material handling operations, ensuring proper segregation and traceability of materials, lot numbers, and receiving data
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company standards
- Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including GMP, device history records, hazard communication, and safety regulations
- Utilize written procedures and training to perform tasks accurately and efficiently
- Take full accountability for product quality, inspecting materials and finished goods throughout the production process
- Accurately document work-in-process, inventory levels, and all related production records
- Report unresolved issues to supervisors in a timely manner to ensure minimal production disruption
- Operate manufacturing equipment under supervision, following specifications, work instructions, and quality standards
- Demonstrate continuous learning and proficiency across multiple machines and processes within the manufacturing area
- Follow supervisory direction while maintaining attention to detail and quality before, during, and after production
