What You’ll Do
Operate production equipment including affixing machines, Little David, SmartPack, printers, cutters, laminators, and collators
Perform basic machine setup and routine preventive maintenance
Inspect finished cards to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with customer specifications
Package and prepare completed products for shipment
Accurately complete production logs and documentation
Monitor workflow and communicate any issues or delays to supervisors
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace following 5S standards
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
What We’re Looking For
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Manufacturing or printing experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Basic math and reading skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Reliable and safety-focused
Schedule Options (4-Day Work Week!)
Enjoy three days off each week.
Shift Options:
1st Shift: 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 1:30 AM
Workdays:
Monday – Thursday
OR
Tuesday – Friday
